The guide “Living on the street in Barcelona” recognizes public and private resources in the city that those living on the street can go to directly, without needing a reference from social services.
On this page, you can find specific resources that offer places to eat. You cannot go to public soup kitchens on your own; if you need to go, ask your social worker to refer you.

ASSIS Centre d’acollida

- Hours: From Monday to Sunday, from 8:30 am to 11:15 a.m.
- Additional Information: You can eat breakfast in the center or take it to go. Animals are allowed; if you have a muzzle for the animal, bring it with you.

- Additional information: This service is directed towards people actively taking drugs. To access the centre for the first time, you will need to speak with an educator. On Fridays they offer a specific space for women, from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m.
REDAN Gràcia – Mental Health and Addictions Centre

- How do I get there? Metro L3 Lesseps
- Schedule: From Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
- Additional information: This service is aimed at people with active drug use and/or mental health problems.
