Public Showers

Day Center Horta

How to get there: Metro L3 Valldaura
Hours: From Monday to Saturday, 8:30-10:30. Saturday, 9:00-11:00. You need to make an appointment prior to visiting; you can do this Monday through Friday, from 7:30 to 8:15, and Saturday, from 8:15 to 8:45.
Additional Information: You can also find clothing. During their hours, you can stay to rest. You can go with your companion animal.

Day Center Meridiana

Address: Av. Meridiana, 197
How to get there: Metro L1 Navas
Hours: From Monday to Saturday, 9:00-11:00. You have to go Monday between 9:00 and 20:00 to schedule an appointment for the week.
Additional Information: You can also find clothing. You can go with your companion animal.

Day Center Poble-sec

Address: c/ Font Honrada, 8
How to get there: Metro L3 Poble Sec or L1 Espanya
Hours: The service is Monday-Saturday from 9:00 to 11:00, but you should make an appointment. You can do this any day during the week, from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 and 14:00.
Additional Information: If you need a place to guard your documents, you can tell them.

Hours: From Monday to Friday, 10:00-12:00.
Additional Information: You have to make an appointment. You can also stay to rest during their hours.

Hours: From Monday to Saturday, 8:15-11:15. There’s a specific service for women, from Monday to Friday, 8:15-11:15
Additional Information: You can also find clothing services. They admit access with animals; if you have a muzzle, bring it.

How to get there: Metro L3 Lesseps
Hours: From Monday to Friday, 16:00-19:00. On Fridays, the service is specifically for women.
Additional Information: You can also find clothing services. You will need to make an appointment for the next week; you can do this any afternoon from Monday to Friday.

Metzineres

Address: c/ Lluna, 3
How to get there: Metro L2 Sant Antoni or L3 Liceu
Hours: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday, 14:00-21:00; Tuesday and Friday, 18:00-20:30.
Additional Information: Space specifically for women and people who feel they are women. In the hygienic space, there’s a washing machine. You can also access the space with animals. There’s space to rest.

Hours: The clothing service is on Friday, 4:30 – 6:30 pm. You must obtain a ticket for the morning shift, between 10:30 am and 11:30 am

How to get there: Metro L2 and L3 Paral·lel or metro L1 and L3 Catalunya
Hours: The last Saturday of every month, the service takes place on Santa Anna street, between 18:30 and 20:30. The last Sunday of every month, the service takes place on Om street, from 9:30 to 11:00.
Additional Information: It’s best if you arrive before, to ensure you get a space.
