In 2012, Arrels has attended 1.287 people; 300 more than in 2007 and 700 more than in 2000. The majority of them have been living on the street for a long time and found themselves without a home for a multitude of reasons and previous crisis. The increase coincides with the increase of homeless people in Barcelona, where 3.000 people haven’t got a home.
